It’s so cute when people think their doctors are like all…

It’s so cute when people think their doctors are like all knowing entities. 1) Doctors aren’t required to take nutrition and are usually just as brainwashed as the majority of folks in the way that we “need” animal products. This is why they’ll throw pills at you instead of telling you to maybe lay off the 5 steaks a week. 2) I probably know more than him in that sense. 3) Not only is yogurt nasty, its pointless. Dairy is unhealthy and unnatural for us but you can try and swing it however you choose, it’s whateves. Denial happens. Literally any “good” in yogurt is offset by the fact that it’s dairy. There’s vegan yogurt and healthier sources of probiotics. Also, yeah! stupid vegans with our “don’t abuse animals” or “animal agriculture is literally killing our planet” or “eating curdled breast milk is gross” ideals and morals, god we’re the bottom of the barrel.

Some doctors are “with it” in that sense though. My girlfriends sister was actually just told by her doctor (a Midwest doctor at that) shes to be on a vegan diet ‘’doctors orders’.
My dad had high cholesterol and was told he needed to be put on pills, he said no thanks he’ll ‘do it himself’, and its been over a year (or two) he’s been eating 96% vegan, he’s lost like 30 pounds and his high cholesterol is now perfect cholesterol and blood pressure is way better, his doctor was shocked. Pick your doctors wisely, they don’t know all. Some years ago I had a doctor put me on antidepressants that I took two days and they gave me horrid side affects that lasted for like a month and made me sick for an issue totally unrelated, shouldn’t have happened. Pick your doctors wisely they’re just people. Do your homework. If a doctor is pushing you towards animal products he’s a moron sorry. It’s almost 2018, the facts are out there and if they don’t know them, poor you.
