
It’s not really my thing either. Eating fruit in the morning just makes me like three times hungrier ten mins later, I need warm stuffs – I feel you. Hmm.
I’ve been making these pancakes often (usually as a midnight snack hah) but they’re so simple. I use milk instead of water though and add chocolate chips, but they’re soo fluffy, and I’ve tried more fancy pancake recipes. You could also try tofu scrambles, I love them. Here’s a bunch of recipes here. I just toss stuff in a pan and add into a tortilla usually, super filling and quick also. You also could have some oatmeal topped with pb or whatever else you like.
