I’m sure you’ve had it by now, how was it? Previous thanksgivings I’ve gotten the Gardein roast. This year my dad made a seitan roast (my 11 year old niece is vegetarian now, and my dad now eats vegan most the time) so was nice. He makes seitan stuff all the time it’s amazing. I get what you mean about some of the mock meats, sometimes they’re creepily realistic and it can feel pretty gross. Just remember it’s not!! Hope it went okay and you had a good day.
