Smoothie Bowls are such a great option for breakfast. Just pop all the ingredients in a blender, give them a spin, pour into a bowl, top with whatever you have on hand and voila! A healthy, delicious breakfast is ready to enjoy!. I have used strawberry – which is highly nutritious fruit, loaded with vitamin C and powerful antioxidants.

What makes smoothie bowl for fun to eat, is their toppings. Smoothie bowls are creamy like ice cream, I like to pair them with any crunchy toppings. Here I have used fresh kiwi, which compliments perfect with the taste of strawberry. Along with fresh kiwi, I have added chia seeds and hemp seeds for extra protein and healthy fats. Last but not the least goji berries. I love adding goji berries to my smoothie bowls as they are high in anti-oxidant, plus when they mix with the smoothie there texture changes from chewy to crunchy.
