Not bad
After reading the reviews, I got nervous these might be bland. I decreased the eggs to 4 and increased the mustard to a tablespoon, added more nutmeg, salt and pepper. Not *incredible*, but still pretty tasty. Big plus that they’re quick and easy, will make again.
Pros: Fast, easy, nice presentation.
Cons: Recipe as is may be bland
